Blue Fairy, also known as Blue, and Reul Ghorm is a fairy who is also the fairy godmother of Gideon, the son of Belle and Rumplestiltskin. She was the leader of the fairies in the fairytale world, and presumably the most powerful creature in all the land, capable of performing the most exquisite enchantments.
Training over a thousand fairies, Blue becomes at least a strict teacher, including Nova and Tinker Bell (who she always calls "Green". She became an ally of those of Baelfire, Snow White and Belle over a chance of time.
She became Mother Superior when the Curse began and ended.
Biography[]
Before the First Curse[]
Blue is known far and wide in the land of the Enchanted Forest as "Reul Ghorm" and is known well in for coming to someone for help their wish becomes granted.
After battling with the Black Fairy, the Blue fairy banished her.
Many years later, Blue comes to Baelfire, who wishes to escape from his father's darkness. He grans this wish with giving him the known last magic bean in existence. Baelfire tries to convince his father to follow him in the world without magic, but Rumple accidentally lets him go alone. The fairy chastsizes him for pushing his son away and that is not her fault.
When the Blue Fairy hears a man named Jiminy wish on a blue star, she comes to his aide. Jiminy reveals to her about his regrets over causing the demise of a young child's parents and his desperate wish to restore them back to normal. She is incapable of doing such a thing, but allows Jiminy to guide the boy and be his voice of conscience as he grows up. At Jiminy's request, she turns him into a cricket and sends him off to the boy, Geppetto. ("That Still Small Voice")
In an alternate timeline, Blue comes to Emma Swan, the future daughter of SNow White and Prince Charming when Snow summons her as a bug. When Emma tells her that she is Pricness Leia, Blue seems to know who she is, but turns her mother back into a human.
After learning that Princess Alexandra before she is even born is in trouble, Blue gives them a red-feathered quill in order to trap Rumplestiltskin. However, the plan is unsuccessful, as Cinderella's husband Thomas disappears.
Before the birth of Princess Emma, Regina threatens to send them all to the new land without Magic. Blue learns of this and goes comes to Gepetto and shows him, Jiminy and Pinocchio to a tree that can fashion it into a wardrobe to allow Charming Snow and their unborn daughter through the wardrobe. In a war council discussion, Prince Charming and Snow White talk about how to defeat the Evil Queen's curse with their allies.She comes in with the tree and "asks" Gepetto to fashion a wardrobe, with his son, Pinocchio.
Later, the oncoming parents are worried about the curse and if Emma can break it. As the carved wardobe is completed, Blue tells them their plan must have faith and that the Dark Curse will approach, taking them to the land where their memories will be erased and cursed by the Queen's will. Snow wonders how they will know Emma will save them. Blue assures her (Snow) that she (Emma) will save them and know their story. Blue has no choice but to tell them to keep hope for their daughter as the savior. They must trust their selves before she flies out of the window and assures them to have hope. She leaves Snow more uncertain than ever.
As the curse approaches, Blue's friend Snow is about to give birth to a baby girl. On the day of the curse coming to affect, with Snow White goes into labor before the wardrobe is completed, and begs Gepetto to tell Snow the truth so she and her daughter can pass to the land without magic. However, Pinocchio fleas before Blue's knowledge. She completes preparation as the curse is coming, however, Blue falls into the Dark Curse, to the Enchanted Forest.
Before Second Curse[]
Blue along with the rest of the inhabitants land back into the Enchanted Forest, however, she only lives there for a year and tells Grumpy nothing of any knowledge of defeating Zelena.

- Blue is based on the Turquoise haired fairy from the fairy-tale "Pinocchio", the Blue Fairy from the Disney film of the same name and the Enchantress from the Disney film , Beauty and the Beast, as well as its fairytale adaptation.
